Full terms of use of ski passes
All ski passes in Bukovel are personal and cannot be transferred to other persons. If you suspect a violation of this rule, the pass may be blocked without refund.
The special price of a ski pass in Bukovel is valid for:
- children under 6 years old – they go with their parents to the ski lifts for free;
- children from 6 to 12 years old, pensioners, war and ATO participants, people with disabilities – a 30% discount on the cost of a pass valid for a day, and the owner’s photo is required.
If you lose your ski pass, you should contact the information centre and write an application for restoration, presenting a receipt confirming the purchase. It takes up to 14 days to process such an application, and the client pays for the physical carrier of the ski pass – a plastic card.
The rules restrict the use of the ski lifts in case of deterioration of the epidemic situation and in case of an air alert. It is strongly recommended that you go to the nearest shelter and stay there until the alarm goes off.
